#2 Exercise – Adding a vigorous workout after the treatment can help you sweat out excess toxins that your body is trying to release.
#3 Hydrate Hydrate Hydrate – Make sure to get in half of your body weight in ounces of water after the treatment session, plus an additional 20-40 ounces.
