Due to limited staffing and appointments, we have a strict 24 hour Cancellation & Reschedule Policy. 

• You may cancel your reservation or request to reschedule 24 hours prior by using our online scheduler, by phone, or sending a text message to 218-301-1310. Do NOT email or message on social media platforms.
• We understand life happens and you may need to cancel or request to reschedule within the 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. You will be charged the full price for your missed reservation - unless we are able to accommodate someone on the waitlist. 
• If you no show and do not call, you will be charged for your missed services.

We recommend you double-check your calendar and the forecast before making your reservation.

Please check the weather forecast and road conditions well in advance of your reservation and plan travel time accordingly. We will try to accommodate guests who are running late. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is the case. We will try to do what we can in the time remaining, but you will be charged the full price of the services you reserved time for.

Cryo Breeze does not issue full or partial refunds for services provided for any reason.  Packages are non-refundable.
